The delicate, bone-dry character of our Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé makes this wine a worthy homage to its Provençal cousins and a rare gem among California Rosés. Most rosés are created using a saignee method and more as an afterthought, but ours is a dedicated labor of love. We allocate one of our best blocks of Cabernet, to be farmed and harvested ideally to suit a Rosé of this character. Superior fruit quality, stainless steel fermentation, lees aging and classic méthode provençale techniques create a wine that is simultaneously delicate and ethereal, yet richly layered.
