On the nose beautiful pear, peach, banana, pineapple cheesecake, fresh grapefruit, white chocolate and honeysuckle with touches of crushed granite and apricot. On the palate show's a fresh entrance evolving on marzipan, Meyer lemon, bubble gum, yellow raspberry and cantaloupe, lingering on a crisp acidity with a strong minerality.
